Great stuff… Very simple and clear
but – don’t agree to say that leadership isn’t happening! I see it all around, in many places and countries, by people of many nations, ages and sexes. Yet I see his point – it surely surely isn’t equivelent to management. We just have to be careful not to convey the message – leadership = gut; management = less gut 🙂

Mark, I agree with you. Both, leadeship and managment are valid and much needed. I think the point is, that we often misquote managment for leadership and then get frustrated because nothing moves…
